How Does It Work?
Metriport summarizes your lengthiest patient records into one cohesive paragraph consisting of the most relevant medical history you need to know about your patient - retrievable via the API or dashboard.
Clinical teams can configure prompts based on their specific use case (ie "Has my patient seen a PCP in the past 12 months?").
Under the hood, Metriport breaks down a single patient's consolidated clinical history from various HIEs into bite-size chunks, then feeds this into an LLM.
